How to Shop
In Stock Jewellery
In Stock Jewellery items are available for immediate shipment. Delivery within Hong Kong will take approximately 3-5 working days while outside Hong Kong will be around 3 days to 4 weeks depending on destination.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Please note that we provide a Made-to-Order service for our products that are currently not in stock. For all Made-to-Order products, please send a request to our email at services@mohstenjewellery.com. Upon your email confirmation and payment, we will process your order in approximately 21 working days before delivery. Please note that we only accept Telegraphic Transfer or Cash for Made-to-Order purchases. Any Made-to-Order jewellery items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once your order is confirmed.
Custom Made/Bespoke Jewellery
This really depends on the complexity of the design, but usually takes around 4-6 weeks to finish each project. For engagement rings, choosing the diamonds may take up some time so it is best to allow for an extra week on top of our production time.
How to Pay
Payment methods
Mohsten accepts a variety of payment methods. All payments are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
You can select any of the following
PayPal
- Select Jewellery Items by picking size and quantity
- Add to shopping cart
- Review your order and confirm to check out, you will be directed to PayPal site
- Make payments with Paypal by entering your email at Paypal’s payment page and select the type of credit card that you want to pay with (Visa card or Master card)
- Enter your credit card detail and press “Confirm”. If you have a Paypal account already, please log in
- Once payment is confirmed, your orders will be processed and sent to your address (Please see details on Shipping, insurance and exchanges).
All transactions on this website are processed using Datacash, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Telegraphic Transfer/Bank-in
- Place order via email services@mohstenjewellery.com , stating your product number, size and quantity. Please leave your contact details such as full name (and add recipient’s name if applicable), contact number and full postal address. We do not accept P.O. Box address.
- All the related transaction and handling fees (if any) will be paid by the customer.
- Once we received your order, we will be informed to make payment within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 5 working days, your order will be cancelled automatically.
- Please email us the copy of your telegraphic transfer/bank transfer receipt as proof of purchase to services@mohstenjewellery.com.
- Jewellery Items will be shipped to your full postal address upon receiving your bank transfer as proof of payment.
Cash
- Place an order via email services@mohstenjewellery.com , stating your product number, size and quantity. Please leave your full name and contact number.
- We will contact you for pick up arrangement at our Wan Chai, Hong Kong office.
- Jewellery Items will be delivered to you by hand upon cash payment.
All items paid by Telegraphic Transfer or cash will receive a 5% discount.
Mohsten will not be responsible for any kind of custom duties, taxes or charges for overseas purchases.
Payment Security
We strive to protect your privacy and take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate that uses industry standard 256 bit encryption technology. Mohsten includes a Level 1 PCI-DSS Compliant which is a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
Privacy Policy for Payment
We may require you to provide your personal identification documents for verification after payment is made due to the reason of preventing any illegal payment and/or fraud. To protect your privacy, we will destroy all the information and documents after the verification process. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
